As part of their commitment to providing the highest level of service for downtown residents, businesses, visitors, and workers, Centro San Antonio is seeking feedback on their Clean and Safe services downtown. You can let them know how they are doing by completing this brief survey. They are accepting responses through Labor Day, Monday, September 4. The survey should take no more than 5 minutes to complete.

As a reminder, Centro’s Clean and Safe services for downtown San Antonio’s Public Improvement District include:

· Daytime Sidewalk and Public Right of Way Cleaning - In 2022, Centro Ambassadors pressure washed 44,227,911 square feet, abated 10,219 instances of graffiti, and removed 38,289 gum spots to keep our downtown sidewalks pristine for residents and visitors.

· Hospitality and Concierge Services - Last year, 757,198 people were helped by our hospitality ambassadors, who provide a warm welcome, wayfinding assistance, and safety escorts to residents and visitors alike.

· Landscaping and Trash Bag Removal - Centro Ambassadors maintain over 1,000 hanging baskets and flowerpots (including planting 250 trees!) and removed 108,683 trash bags from downtown bins in 2022 to keep downtown looking (and smelling) nice.

· Quality of Life Program – Trained Quality of Life Ambassadors dissuade and report uncivil behavior such as aggressive panhandling, camping and public intoxication with over 38,338 engagements last year.
